Terms of Use

Effective 2026-11-05. These terms are an agreement between you and Parker Computing Services, LLC (“we”, “us”) for Solar Roof Estimator (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

Estimates only

The Service provides planning estimates from satellite data and public statistics. Results are not a quote, design, engineering review or site survey, and actual layouts, production, equipment, prices and savings will differ. Confirm everything with a licensed installer before buying anything.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we share it, including with solar installers and partners. By using the Service you agree that we may use and share information as described there. You can opt out of sale and sharing at any time.

Acceptable use

Look up addresses you own, live at, or are authorized to research. Do not scrape the Service, use automated tools to submit lookups, try to bypass limits, or use it in a way that harms others or the Service.

Third parties

The Service uses Google Maps and Google Solar data, which are subject to Google’s terms. Links to products and installers are provided for convenience; some may be affiliate links. We are not responsible for third-party products, services or sites.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on estimates from the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Changes

We may change the Service or these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
